There are four ways to submit your 2026 protest form.
Online ~ The easiest way to file is online. You will need the eFile PIN number and your Owner ID number. You can find the eFile PIN number on your Notice of Appraised Value or email us with your property ID number and a copy of your identification.
If you have trouble filing online, please fill out this Protest form and submit using one of the other options below.
In Person ~ Drop it off at our office located at 900 S. Seguin Avenue in New Braunfels.

The protest due date is May 15, 2026 unless you received a notice that gives a different deadline
